While making tee times is not mandatory, those with confirmed tee times have right of way. Members may reserve a tee time online, in person, or by calling the Golf Shop at 608.473.0089. If you plan on bringing guests, please inform the Golf Shop of how many and their names. Upon arrival, please stop and check in with the Golf Shop Staff before you proceed to any parts of the course.

Practice facilities are only for Golf Plus, Golf, and Sport Memberships. Social memberships may pay an extra fee to utilize this area. The range closes early on Sundays and Wednesdays for maintenance and opens 30 minutes prior to the first tee time, subject to weather conditions.

Utilizing our caddie program can enhance the experience of your round. Contact Cam Gomez by phone 608.473.0089 or email cgomez@thebeloitclub.com to reserve a caddie for your next round, preferably 48 hours in advance.

If you decide to store clubs with us, we will have them ready when you reserve a tee time. Please give prior notice when picking up clubs so Golf Staff can have clubs available, especially in the off-season. There is an annual fee for storing pull/push carts.

Mill River Program pricing is a cost-plus pricing program for all retail golf shop purchases at no extra cost to our members. This pricing is always below retail prices. We have something to enhance your wardrobe or improve your golf game! Our experienced staff can assist you with logoed tournament prizes, corporate gifts and staff apparel. If we don't have your size or style, we can always place a special order!
