Another pool season is upon us; please take a moment to refresh your memory regarding our pool operation's rules. We have a wonderful facility that may be enjoyed by all Social and Golfing Memberships. We ask that you please respect your fellow pool patrons and the Beloit Club pool complex.
Please also be respectful of our staff; when busy, it can be difficult to identify a server's tables if you are moving around.
Hours of Operation - Pool & Kitchen
Pool: Monday-Sunday opens at 10am; Monday-Saturday closes at 7pm; Sunday closes at 6pm
Kitchen/Food Service: Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm; Sunday 11am-5pm
Guest Policy
WEEKDAY Guest Policy - Please call 608.364.9000 to register any guests during the week.
WEEKEND Guest Policy - A cabana is required for two or more guests on Saturday/Sunday - please call 608.364.9000 to register guests and reserve a cabana.
Guest Fee - $10/guest | Cabana Fee - $50 for 3-hour increments (11am-2pm or 3pm-6pm)
Arrival/Departure
You must sign in at the gate kiosk and sign out when leaving. All food and beverage checks must be signed before leaving. If you leave without signing, an automatic 22% gratuity will be added to your check. If you have a nanny as a guardian who has charging privileges, please review with them how this process works.
Please do not "reserve" chaise chairs in advance of others who are expected to arrive.
Food & Beverage
Must be purchased from the Beloit Club; we will not place or deliver orders from the Standard Tavern. Yetis and personal coolers are not allowed. No outside food or beverages allowed.
Children
Children must be 13 years old to be at the pool without adult supervision (a parent or guardian must sign them in). Parents are responsible for their children's and guests' behavior.
Diapers
Swim diapers are required for any child under 3 years old or those not trained.
Towels
The Beloit Club provides complimentary towels; one per member/guest.
Locker Rooms
Complimentary showers and lockers are available; lockers are first come first serve and may not be used overnight. Clubhouse showers are for golfers only.
Attire
Appropriate attire is required at the pool; swimwear and gym attire is acceptable. Swimwear and gym clothes are not allowed in the main clubhouse or on the back patio.
Pool Closures
There may be times when weather or Health Department issues (the dreaded brown-out) dictate closing; we will provide notifications via Clubster.
