I love to mix ingredients and explore the outcomes so I would say my favorite thing to cook is seafood. There are so many ways to prepare it and it always has a very happy ending.

While prepping for an event, I misread the date and I prepped all the food for an event that wasn’t scheduled until the following week.
What part of the job gives you the most pleasure?
Being able to see the reaction of members/customers after they try my food.
If you couldn’t be a chef, what would you be, and why?
Private investigator. I like to work alone, I like to drive, and lastly, I like having the opportunity to prove who I am and what I am capable of.
