Thanksgiving Recipes from George

Thanksgiving: when your family cooks enough for an army, but there’s less than 20 of you eating. You know what that means… Leftovers. I’m not normally a huge fan of leftovers because I get sick of eating the same thing over and over again, but since Thanksgiving food graces my table once a year, I make an exception.

Below you’ll find a recipe for my favorite thing to do with Thanksgiving leftovers. As a mixologist, I recommend that this holiday cocktail should be on your must-make list for every party. It’ll be sure to impress your guests.

Black Friday Sandwich
Brioche bun
Dress bun with cranberry sauce
Pile on leftover turkey
Add stuffing
Top with gravy

Cranberry Holiday Julip
½ oz fresh lime juice
3 sprigs fresh mint
Muddle above ingredients

Add:
½ oz triple sec
½ oz simple syrup
1oz makers mark bourbon

Shake with ice
Pour into rocks glass and top with cranberry juice
Garnish with fresh mint, sliced lime and fresh raspberry
